Anne Phung Nguyen

I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. A majority of my followers know me through my Instagram @annephung, where I record my personal life: the highs, the lows and everything inbetween. I moved to America with my family and brothers in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. young. I'm not living my life and sharing it for you were it not because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. When I realized that I had the potential to achieve a better future, I was determined to be successful and do my parents happy. There was a specific plan for me for my life: university and get a corporate job get married buy a house and have kids. I thought that was the epitome of success life had other plans to teach me what it meant to be successful. 2013 was the year I realized I disliked my corporate position. Even though the compensation and position was good however, I wasn't sure if the work was satisfying. It was more like I was simply wasting my time. I had a passion for fitness and getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. In 2014, I launched my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. To be a leader in my field and provide quality coaching to assist others in achieving better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their objectives. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves so that they can achieve what they would like to accomplish. As my career was taking off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my lifein the death of my mom. After battling for eight years with Scleroderma, she is now resting in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us, but they can be highly useful. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to experience living a full and fulfilling life. The day she died at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. For me, it was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. At the age of 30, I have a sense of living and being alive. I don't feel as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to talk about my experience as well as my words. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of achieving anything you want to. Therapy is essential as is regular. The health of a person is the most important wealth. I pray that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a end is without regrets as that's the only thing we can count on during this lifetime.
