Leven Rambin Leven Rambin, an American actress, is known for playing the half-sisters Ava Benton & Lily Montgomery who appear alike in All My Children. The roles she has played on TV shows One Tree Hill Wizards of Waverly Place Grey's Anatomy, CSI: Miami and Grey's Anatomy also have a cult following. She has also appeared on the big screen in The Hunger Games, a sci-fi film. Rambin has been raised by her siblings, who resided in Texas. She went to the Houston School of Film and Theatre and began performing in school plays before earning her high school diploma from the Texas Tech University Independent School District. Rambin is, in addition to being an actor, is a fashion journalist. She has published numerous editorials on Page Six and Paper Magazine.

Amanda Schull's mom, Susan Schull, is the current director for Hawaii Ballet. Amanda was a student at Punahou School in order to get an early education.
